日本においては、昨年は改正資金決済法が施行され、ステーブルコインの発行・流通が可能となりました。台湾でも、VASP（暗号資産交換業者等）向けのガイドラインが発表されるなど、前向きな規制が進みます。それぞれの国の規制環境、またその展望について議論をいただきます。

  In 2013, Yuki joined Yahoo Japan Corporation (now LINE Yahoo inc), where she was engaged in media and advertising business development with a focus on Yahoo! News, and then worked with an overseas tech venture to launch new businesses. In 2018, she founded N.Avenue, a media company that specializes in Web3 space and runs the official Japanese version of CoinDesk, the world’s largest digital asset reporting media, as well as btokyo, which organizes events and community activities. She has also served as a board member of the Blockchain Promotion Council of Japan (BCCC) since 2023.

  Mr. Ryosuke Ushida
  Chief FinTech Officer / Head of FinTech and Innovation Office, Financial Services Agency Japan

  Ryosuke leads initiatives related to digital innovation in financial sector as the Chief FinTech Officer of the Financial Services Agency, Japan. He also serves as the Co-chair of Virtual Asset Task Force of the FATF.

  Prior to his current position, he has conducted a research on regulatory framework and governance mechanism in decentralized financial system as the Senior Fellow of Cyber SMART research center at Georgetown University from July 2019 to June 2021. He holds a Masters in Finance from London Business School.

  Mr. Genki ODA
  Managing Exective Officer, SBI Holdings, Inc
  Chairman, JVCEA (Japan Virtual and Crypto Exchange Association)

  In 2016, Genki founded Bitpoint, and it became one of the first crypto asset exchange businesses registered in Japan. Since 2021, he has served as a director of JVCEA, undertaking industry reforms, including the establishment of the Travel Rule and the streamlining of crypto asset reviews.

  Genki was also selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2019 and serves on the Forum’s Metaverse Committee. As of 2023, he has been the Managing Executive Officer at SBI Holdings.

  Mr. Ken KAWAI
  Partner, Anderson Mori & Tomotsune LPC
  Legal Advisor, JCBA

  Ken has extensive experience advising financial institutions, fintech startups, investors and corporate clients on complex finance and financial regulatory matters. He focuses primarily on the fintech industry, and regularly advises fintech companies, financial institutions, international organizations and industry organizations on legal issues surrounding fintech, including the complex legal framework governing cryptocurrencies, initial coin offerings and blockchain.

  Ken also specializes in derivatives, and has counseled global banks, broker-dealers and investors on regulatory matters and best practices in respect of derivatives and related products. He derives his deep and practical knowledge in this area from his 17-year career at MUFG Bank, Ltd. (formerly known as The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and, prior to that, The Bank of Tokyo Ltd.), where he was involved in derivatives trading and marketing.

  Ken’s practice also involves corporate bankruptcy, insolvency and reorganizations. He has represented debtors or creditors in several insolvency cases that involve complex financial transactions and cross-border issues. He also advises several G-SIFIs and related institutions on Bank Recovery and Resolution Regimes.

  Mr. Luke Han
  Vice President, Taiwan Mobile

  Luke has previously worked at famous e-commerce companies such as eBay, Ruten Auction, PChome, and at Taiwan’s largest bank, Chinatrust Commercial Bank. The “Convenience Store Pickup and Payment” service he developed still influences the e-commerce industry in Taiwan and other countries around the world. Additionally, he has been one of the main promoters and drafters of Taiwan’s electronic payment laws.

  Since 2022, Luke has joined Taiwan Mobile, where he is in charge of developing new technology businesses, particularly focusing on the Web 3 sector, with the hope of contributing to Taiwan’s digital asset field based on his past expertise in FinTech.
